Plot Summary
After a performance at a college, Mandrake is approached by Mr. Nichol who says that he being plagued by demons -- evil spirits -- or something. When Mandrake and Lothar later go to visit Mr. Nichol at the Gray Moor estate, they are met unkindly by Carol and Andre. The couple say they are the adopted daughter and son-in-law of Mr. Nichol, and that Mr. Nichol himself is not at home.
