Elias Barrocas is (was ?) a Brazilian writer. In the seventies and eighties, he wrote - and also worked to put text and letters in Portguese langague, for RGE issues such as "O Fantasma" ("The Phantom") and "Mandrake" ("Mandrake the Magician"). He wrote two Mandrake stories.
