Dragon Lady Press was a Canadian publishing wing of the comic book store, Dragon Lady Comics.
History
"Dragon Lady Comics" was a comic book shop in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, owned by John Biernat. It was originally founded in 1978 as a mail order company. Its publications were distributed through the direct market throughout the United States and Canada, and known for its reprints of classic newspaper comic strips in various forms.
Mandrake
In January 1985 "Dragon Lady Press" started their Classic Adventure Strips series, reprinting classic newspaper comic strips. Three issues printed Mandrake stories. The series ended with issue 16 in 1988.
