Plot Summary
A villain escapes from prison, and shortly after there is a series of mysterious robberies. The robberies have one thing in common, the victims claim that they are robbed by monster thieves like: a vampire, a wolfman and a Frankenstein's monster. A case for the Silly-Stuff Department and Mandrake.
