Plot Summary
At a science forum Dr. Holton recieived the "Presidential Medal of Honor" for discovering the Swarm in outer space. In his acceptance speech he told how he first heard of the Swarm. About Mandrake and the image of Emperor Magnon projected from the Central Galaxy. First his colleagues thought he was joking, then that he was insane.
To restore Dr. Holton and Mandrake's reputations Magnon sent Marshal Rodon to Earth...
