Pisellino was a weekly magazine published by Mario Nerbini in Italy from 1939 to 1941, total 96 issues.
History
Pisellino replace the previous magazine '"Pinocchio". "Pinocchio" was anno 1 and the first issue of Pisellino became anno 2 at February 19, 1939.
The magazine in color and b/w measures 34 x 26 cm and printed various comics as; Prince Valiant, Lone Ranger, Cino e Franco, Mandrake and on.
Issue with Mandrake overview
- "L’uomo magico" ("Mandrake in Hollywood" and "Sonny the Child Movie Star"), starts in #10/1940 and ends in #22/1940.
- "Il mago dello sport" ("Blozz the Champion"), starts in #25/1940 and ends in #32/1940.
In 1941 "Pisellino" merges with the magazine Giungla!.
