"Il cugino Christophe" is an Italian made Mandrake story from 1973.
Plot summary
Narda meets her friend Carol in the streets of New York. She says that she is on a trip to Europe to look at the castle she has inherited with her cousin from their late uncle Harold. She would like Narda to accompany her on the trip.
When Narda, Mandrake and Lothar arrive in Chesterville, they immediately hear from the locals that the castle is old and dilapidated and haunted by ghosts. Once there, they are welcomed by the domed butler Androcus and Carol's cousin Christophe.
They soon discover that it is true that the castle is dilapidated and that it will cost a fortune to restore it. That same night, they also find that what the villagers said when they arrived is true. The castle is haunted by ghosts.
