Plot Summary
At a science forum Dr. Holton recieives the "Presidential Medal of Honor" for discovering the Swarm in outer space. In his acceptance speech he tells how he first heard of the Swarm; About Mandrake and the image of Emperor Magnon projected from the Central Galaxy. First his colleagues think he is joking, then that he is insane.
To restore Dr. Holton's and Mandrake's reputations Magnon sends Marshal Rodon to Earth...
