Prinz Eisenherz is a German "Prince Valiant" publication, published between 1954 and 1955.
Issue overview
Regular series
Aller Verlag published the first issue of a title called "Prinz Eisenherz Heft" in 1954. The magazine was named after the main character "Prinz Eisenherz (Prince Valiant)" by Hal Foster, previous printed in the Phantom-Heft series. The first issue was year 3 so it seems like the "Phantom-Heft" series in January 1954 splitting into two different magazines: the "Phantom-Heft" and the "Prinz Eisenherz Heft" series.
In addition the magazine printed several other characters like:

The photo covers are lifted from the Prince Valiant film from 1954.
The first magazine has price tag for West Germany, Österreich (Austria) and Saargebiet (eg Saarland, became part of West Germany in 1955). The second cover has price tag for West Germany, Österreich (Austria) and Saarland. Later the price tag including Schweiz (Switzerland) and Luxemburg (Luxembourg).
