Behind the scene
- In this story the Cobra wear his silver mask, and Reptila meets Mandrake for the first time. Chronologically this story must be written before Pioggia malefica and La vittoria di Mandrake.
- In this story, Reptila has two different outfits. Her second outfit is a dress with a high slit on both sides so that both of her legs are shown. When the drawings were colored, her legs were not colored in a skin color. But in a more violet color, so that her bare legs appear to be covered by pantyhose. Was this proven censorship to make her appear less sexy for young readers?
