"Hector Heathcote"", nicknamed "The minute-and-a-half Man" was a CBS TV (distributed by 20th Century Fox) color cartoon aired in May, 1963;

Hector is a scientist who builds a time machine and goes back in time for being witness to crucial events in American history, some of them being in the fringes of the Revolutionary War.

This last period seemed to specific interest for "Fred Fredericks" (as proved by his Newspaper strips "Spotlight on Fred Fredericks - Other Comics - New Jersey Patriots" and "Spotlight on Fred Fredericks - Other Comics - The Late, Late War" and "Spotlight on Fred Fredericks - Other Comics - Under the Stars and Bars"), and he was chosen, but uncredited, for pencilled and inked a new Gold Key comic book based on the cartoon series. The first issue was published in March 1964 to help the launching of the tv series but it remains the only one released.
