Issue overview
Pequeños Grandes Libros mainly reprinted prose adaptation books from Better Little Books. A total of 98 issues was published by Editorial Abril in the years 1945 to 1948, with reprints up to about 1951. Most of the issues were reprinted more than once. The series started its numbering with issue 1101 "El Pato Donald" pierde la paciencia and ended with issue 1198 "Donald" y su Buen Vecino.

This serie reprinted only one of "The Phantom" issues from the "Better Little Book" series: #1149 El regreso "de Fantomas" (reprint of BLB #1489, "The Return of the Phantom").
