Plot Summary
Two men came to Inter-Intel with a serious crime problem. Jed thought Mandrake was the right man to ask for help with this weird and unusual crime mystery. The two men was involved in a secret underwater experiment and research. 1200 foot deep they had a underwather sea lab, "Ocean Lab 1". Somehow, almost daily vital documents were stolen and continue to be stolen. A mystery....
