Aventurero Almanaque

There are three special issues in this series: Almanaque 1936, Almanaque 1938 and Almanaque 1940 (all of 27x19 cm. except the last of 22x16 cm.) The existence of an Almanaque 1937 is traditionally mentioned but no evidence of real publication has been found.

Although the regular collection ended in December 1938, an Almanaque for 1940 was released in late 1939, perhaps with the intention of reviving the collection. However this would not happen until 1945 with a relaunched series entitled Ediciones Aventurero.

Ediciones Aventurero

Hispano Americana relaunched "Aventurero" in 1945 under the title Ediciones Aventurero. The new series ran for 31 issues, plus one Almanaque in 1946, with an inside similar to the previous "Aventurero". Mandrake appears only in the Almanaque 1946.

Almanaque Aventurero

Third series

In 1953 Ediciones Cliper bought the rights from Hispano Americana. 38 issues
