Kemal Uzcan (sometime also written as: Kemal Özcan) was one of the low budget publishers of 1950s who put out unlicensed, traced, b/w comics. His primary (sole?) comics publication was the long-running weekly "1001 Özel" which presented some of the lowest quality tracing job packaged inside generally quite attractive covers. The magazine offered adventures of a different character in each issue or each consecutive issues.
