Rip Kirby was a Spanish publication by Hispano Americana dedicated to various comic charcters.
History
Series in Rip Kirby were: "Rip Kirby", "King of the Royal Mounted", "Secret Agent X-9", "Tarzan", "Tim Tyler`s Luck", "Flash Gordon", "The Lone Ranger", "Mandrake" among others.
The series had 13 issue, and Mandrake was named Merlín. There is some uncertainty about if the series was released in 1947 or 1948, but 1948 is probably correct.
