Héroes del Cómic is a Spanish series of 16 cardboard books published by the "Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial" based in Barcelona.
It was released as a low-price - the first having even a promotional price - supplement, sold with the Saturday editions of the newspapers "El Mundo" and "Marca" from May 22 to September 4, 2021. This collection was later (from December 12, 2021) also distributed by the newspaper "El País".
List of the 16 issue, each one of 48 pages in color with a 29 x 21 cm format : 1) "Príncipe Valiente" ("Prince Valiant"), 2) "El Capitán Trueno", 3) "El Jabato", 4) "El Guerrero del Antifaz", 5) "Flash Gordon", 6) "El Corsario de Hierro", 7) "El Hombre Enmascarado" ("The Phantom"), 8) "Mandrake el Mago" "(Mandrake the Magician)", 9) "Príncipe Valiente" ("Prince Valiant") Vol. II, 10) "El Capitán Trueno" Vol. II, 11) "El Jabato" Vol. II, 12) "El Guerrero del Antifaz" Vol. II, 13) "Flash Gordon" Vol. II, 14) "El Corsario de Hierro" Vol. II, 15) "El Hombre Enmascarado" ("The Phantom") Vol. II, 16) "Mandrake el Mago" Vol. II. The stories were retaken from some books published since 2018 by Dolmen Editorial.
