"Tu ucciderai !" is an Italian made Mandrake story from 1968. It does not seem that this story first were drawn as a Mandrake history. It look more like that Mandrake and Lothar are edited into a story with originally an other figure as the main character (Rip Kirby ?).
Plot summary
The governor opens an innovation in an electronic company, a computer that using a few words can predict the actions of those who have written the words. When the governor writes a few words, he gets a shocking feedback: "You will kill".
