Similar to souvenirs memorabilia are objects treasured for their memories. Unlike souvenirs memorabilia are valued for a connection to an event, in this case to Defenders of the Earth. In 2022, to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the cartoon, a second series of 7" (inches) scale action figures is released by "Neca" (National Entertainment Collectibles Association), beginning with Mandrake the Magician and Lothar figures. Mandrake features a soft goods cape and comes with a cane, blaster, two attachable blast effects, and interchangeable hands.
