According to an ad from Diamond Comics in the December issue of the Indian magazine "Chandamama" from 1993 this Mandrake issue has a free sticker inside. At the site thephantom.fan there is a page for Diamond Comics Collectibles with pictures of nine stickers featuring "The Phantom". The sticer inside this Mandrake issue could be one of those, or something similar.
