Juarez P. Getulio Delphim - known as Getulio Delphim - is a Brazilian artist, born in Rio de Janeiro and who started his artistic career at the age of 15 in "O Globo Juvenil" published by the Rio Gráfica e Editora, commonly known as "RGE", for which he worked as a comic strip and cover artist for comics such as "Fantasma" , "Mandrake" , "Nick Holmes", "Águia Negra","Bronco Piler", "Buffalo Bill", "Cavaleiro Negro" and "Captain Marvel" At the age of 18, he also worked for "Editora Outubro and La Selva", in São Paulo. He drew the stories of "Capitão &" (TV Record), the adventures of "Aba Larga" (about the Mounted Police of the Brigada Gaúcha). In January 1994 he received the 10th. Angelo Agostini Award (Master of the national comic) before to receive the HQMix 99 Trophy (Grand Master of Comics) in September 2000.
