Two different artists. Evaldo Oliveira worked for RGE in the 60's-80's drawing Mandrake, Phantom and specially Beetle Bailey. He died in 8/16/2007 (http://www.nominuto.com/vida/cultura/evaldo-oliveira-pioneiro-dos-quadrinhos-potiguares/3601/). Walmir Amaral de Oliveira (no relation) we all know. He's still alive and working for an English Course company called CCAA. | |||

Are 'Evaldo de Oliveira' and 'Walmir Amaral de Oliveira' two different artists with same family name ? Or is Evaldo the pen name for 'Walmir Amaral' ?
Two different artists. Evaldo Oliveira worked for RGE in the 60's-80's drawing Mandrake, Phantom and specially Beetle Bailey. He died in 8/16/2007 (http://www.nominuto.com/vida/cultura/evaldo-oliveira-pioneiro-dos-quadrinhos-potiguares/3601/). Walmir Amaral de Oliveira (no relation) we all know. He's still alive and working for an English Course company called CCAA.
