Plot Summary

Mandrake and Narda are on a around-the-world cruise on the "Ocean Wind". When they made a stop at an tropical isle someone tried to defraud Harry to buy an island with centaurs. Next they where attacked by zeppelin pirates, then they saw a strange sight. An old man riding on a leaping porpoise, blowing on a silver whisle.
