"Pioggia malefica" is an Italian made Mandrake story from 1967. The story continues with "La vittoria di Mandrake".
Plot summary
Far away, in the cold light of the stars, a cloaked figure lies motionless. The Cobra has survived the plunge from the mountain, and call Reptila mentally for help. After the rescue the Cobra, with his disfigured face hidden behind a silver mask, start working. With one goal in mind, conquer the world and get revenge on Mandrake.
