Plot Summary

Seeing som friends off at the port a cat jumps into her car. She reported the cat to the police and the animal protective society, and they told her to keep the cat untill they hear from the owner. Then many eyewitnesses at the S.S. Div. telling about cats following a pied piper, a "cat women" - the Queen of the cats.
