Octon is the secret leader of a centuries-old criminal organization, "8".
History
Researching with Professor Ludd, Narda stumbles upon clues about an ancient organization of crime. She came across small histories about the 800 years old crime syndicate known as "The League of 8" or just "8".
8 are organized like an octopus, with the brain (The Octon, their secret leader) in the middle and local arms who didn't know of each other.
Each arm have their secret hq, governed by the Masters. Their secret leader, the Octon, controlling the Masters through cameras, microphones, loudspeakers and a computer.
When a criminal (a ferret) are sendt out for a mission they are followed by the Whatchers. The Whatchers observe and 8 allows no mistakes.
If a problem turn up, the Octon could send a Q of 8 (a quizzer) or/and a X of 8 (a executioner) if needed.
