Spøk og Spenning is a Norwegian magazine, published by Magasinet for alle between 1941 and 1954.
History
Spøk og Spenning reprinting various 'Sunday pages', Mutt og Jeff, Roy Rogers, Radio Patruljen, Huckleberry Finn, Ming Fu, Barney Baxter, Felix, Prinse Valiant, Præriens sorte maske, Jungle Jim, Agent X-9, Mandrake and others. One find Mandrake daily strips (edited to 'sunday pages') in the years 1941-1945.

- "Blekkspruten" ("The Octopus Ring") by Lee Falk and Phil Davis, starts in #31-1941 and ends in #1-1945.
- "Penger som forsvinner" ("The Great Grando") by Lee Falk and Phil Davis, starts in #2-1945 and ends in #4-1945.
The covers was taken from various pictures from the series inside. It is a big mystery that several of these covers are from stories never published in Spøk og Spenning.
Mandrake cover overview
The serie started again with 12 issues in 1950 (following 12 issues in 1951, 20 issues in 1952, 26 issues in 1953) before the serie ended with 18 issues in 1954. None with Mandrake inside.
