"The Flying Pass By" is the 4th Mandrake filler page in between the 10th and 11th Sunday story. The story was written by Lee Falk and drawn by Phil Davis.
Plot Summary
Mandrake go for a walk and is almost hit by a recklessly, and the driver offers Mandrake ride. The speed increases and the car ends up in orbit around the earth. Towards comes a car, his own car. Just before the crash the driver comes out of the hypnosis and the terrified man offering his car in exchange for a horse-drawn carriage.
