Behind the scenes
"The haunted tree" is a cut and past story. Mandrake, Narda, Lothar and the Polics chief are lifted from Phil Davis art. One villain is lifted from Dell's Four Color #1024 "Darby O'Gill and the Little People" adapted by Alex Toth from the 1959 Walt Disney film "Darby O'Gill and the Little People. While others figures and panels are taken from other various sources. This collage story was added extra ink and became a new a Mandrake story.
