Plot Summary
Prince Segrid announced the engagement of his sister Princess Narda and Avery, Duke of Hectares. While Dot Rich invites Mandrake to her fathers estate in the country. Nearby is the Barataria Swamps, haunted by Jean Lafitte and his century-old pirates.
