In 1973 Spada sold two collector binders so the folded Sunday page supplement inserts could be collected into two hardcover books, both with index pages for the supplement. The cover of this collector binder was a collage made of panels by Phil Davis. Interesting this collage is also used as inner cover in this book. | |||
