Plot Summary
S.S.Argus have reached Sandan, capital of a great desert kingdom in North Africa. The Argus moves slowely up the broad river and reached the village of the Riombi federation, wich Lothars's father ruled as a great chieftan. But the Riombi village is plagued by the terrible singing devils.
