Plot Summary

When Lothar became King of the Twelwe Nations Federation he found he inherits the old King's land, cattle and all his twenty wifes. But Lothar wanted freedom, travels and adventures so he followed Mandrake to another life in the U.S.

Now the people wanted a democracy. The Monarchists nominated Lothar for president, and they won the election. The opponent, Otanka of Otaha, hates democracy and wanted to go back to old ways. Otanka was the man who tried to kill Lothar, when he and Mandrake met the first time. For to stop Otanka to become King Lothar agreed to go to Lotharton, as president. Otanka tried to kill Lothar, when the plan failed he challenged Lothar to single combat.

Lothar remained in Lotharton to restore peace and get the new democracy moving, while Mandrake went on a one-year charity tour for AIDS. With Princess Narda and super model Karma as assistants. When the tour ended Lothar once again returned to Xanadu.
