The Phantom Annual #2 is the second The Phantom Annual published in the US, featuring a story where The Phantom teams up with Mandrake the Magician. Despite being an annual, it was released a full two years after the first annual.
The Annual is available in three different variants, of which the "Noir" cover by Nick Derington is limited to less than 300 copies.
