"The Phantom Casino" is an US made Mandrake story from 1967. The story is a remake of the 1957 Sunday story "The Casino" by Lee Falk and Phil Davis.
Plot Summary
Gambling is illegal in the state but Lucky Larry think he had found a way to start a casino.
