Looking at a copy of Flash Gordon (RGE) #60, downloaded on internet, there are only two Flash Gordon stories ("Armadilha em Mongo" and "O monstro submarino" on a 36 pages issue but no Mandrake story. The cover is the same as the FG King comic-book #2 published in November 1966 (cover drew by Gil Kane). - You are right! Think issue 62 was the only RGE FG issue with Mandrake.
